Please wake up and read this EVN presentation released in August after the quarterly report came out, and shows them having the debt figures I posted above.

EVN also raised funds via share issue to clear the former debt plus then raised a whole lot more debt for the acquisitions - read their documents. The have far more debt than SBM, but they also produce a lot more gold. There are details about some of this in the quarterly, plus in earlier press releases.
