First shipment announcement will be followed up with raising IMO, if they don't do it soon the result will only get worse, this is going to be diluted into oblivion by the looks.
I'm still sitting out to wait until the extra funds have been raised before jumping in, watching and waiting, can't deny the resource is good although several years from being economic reality and the funds need to be in place to get there.
