"Was that before or after Govt came to their senses and cut "R&D" funding?"
That was before the proposed budget changes to the R&D tax incentive scheme.
I have always held the opinion that the pilot plant was strategically scaled to fit into the criteria of the R&D scheme, to make full use of the 43.5% tax incentive.
And the reason for this is that they knew all along that the pilot plant could not even stand on is own two feet with the prices of DyO where they are, and this was reported in one of their own commissioned earlier Argount reports (which seems to have been buried somewhere), when DyO prices were higher than what they are today.
All In My Opinion.
And ATM IMO I think that their 2017-2018 R&D return of $21,562,688 is under the spotlight. And if this is the case the $19,915,215 owed as of June 30 @ 14% interest would be costing $53,617 a week, and that's assuming they are not being charged compounding interest, which they probably are.
