NTU's sponsored analyst Argonaut made it very clear this "pilot" is totally dependent taxpayer funding @ 40/45% for breakeven.
Since that report both the price of DyO has fallen further and the Govt has had a rethink on the largess of its "R&D" funding resulting in a likely cut in NTU's funds 2019.
Which report says differently?
All hypothetical pre production anyhow.
