    I think maybe 'doing a deal' and allowing someone to resell your product are two different concepts.

    And how the market can be allowed to trade with no detail of conditions (particularly 'funding' - whatever that means) beggars belief - if anyone has any money left after this little adventure I can see some legal action being considered.
