I know the details are coming but is this saying that Quickflix will no longer be purchasing their own content and relying on Presto or does it mean that Quickflix is reselling Presto, kind of like what Dodo is to Telstra............ i'm confused it sounds like QFX is packing it in....... Could someone please explain ?

The way it sounds to me is that Quickflix will continue to sell pay per view and DVD delivery services but will roll back their all-you-can-eat content and offer Presto's instead. It's not a business plan focused on the long-term as DVD business is slowing and there are many offerings for pay-per-viewBut what choices do they have? Buying content is very expensive.
