I'm confused about one thing; Quickflix users get access to Presto. Presto users get Quickflix content........... is that right ?
Some thoughts if that is the case;
1) Quickflix should be able to keep most of it customer base with the Netflix tax and access to Presto content.
2) I assume Presto has HBO content. I wonder though how the deal would go down with the content providers and if it come back to bite Quickflix on the rear
3) Stan will be nervous because if Quickflix does fold with the arrangement in place those users are more likely to bail to Presto than Stan
4) It will actually be more expensive now for Stan (if it wanted to) buy QFX. Sure Stan has deep pockets but such a deal could keep QFX going which is competion and if it wanted to or had to it would have to pay much more for QFX
5) Does this mean that if you view Presto content through Quickflix that you are still going through Quickflix or would it redirect it...... in which case quota free comes into play?
Please correct me if I am wrong with any of these point. Always good to get educated through sensible discussion and a good laugh from the two irregulars.
