Don't be surprised if this turns out to be a backdoor merger.
Presto puts all it's content, customers and cash into Quickflix....and takes a whole lotta shares at a super cheap price....like the one I got today.
Really can't see how Stan could have a leg to stand on....
Shareholders are supposed to want the companies they own to succeed...aren't they?
