I think that InvestEgate was correct about the delay and believing MEM is playing a strong hand, when he/she wrote:
"My take on events is that if Prime could command the $4.5m from MEM they would have.
It is obvious that MEM is playing with a strong hand. Further more it has all the next generation technologies that even Prime may need.
At this stage MEM cannot control the timing.
Which brings me to the issues that us shareholders can benefit from.
ie the ability to buy before the issue with Prime is resolved. After that MEM's MC will reflect the value of the potential of its technologies.
IMO this MC will be >$20m"
I think it is a gutsy move for a small cap stock like ours to launch litigation O/S and hopefully that confidence and hard line will benefit all shareholders. I hope the mid term prediction made by InvestEgate is correct too.
