    Hi Huge,
I think the most telling and significant aspect of this latest ANN is where it states:
"A-Bio has subsequently sought payment from PrIME."
Reading between the lines A-Bio know what is going on and who is responsible for the shannanigans in Singapore. Could it be that certain people have priors from their time at the helm of NSP? I think A-Bio appear more sympathetic to our people than to PrIME's based on this ANN!
The bigger picture is that I suspect that those same people think that if they jerk us around long enough they will pick up the 95,912 B shares for little or no consideration. Perhaps they think they can drive MEM to the wall? I note they had been paying rent for the machine but now thery claim to own it! I don't know enough about the Singapore legal system to make an intelligent comment.....call me niave, but I don't think they would find it as easy to get away with their shananigans here in Australia.
My point in earlier posts has been that two of the MEM directors have too much skin in the game to let the ship sink. I'm sure they will persevere and prevail....it all comes back to character really. I'm impressed by our leader and have a vested interest in wanting her to succeed.
    GLTA
    As always DYOR
    Kind regards,
