Now its a good thing MEM hasn't been paid? Nah, I tend to agree with your original statement. The best gauge was a smooth payment and an announcement. Neither of which happened. At the moment the gauge points to "not good."
I wouldn't be as negative on MEM if they had just said whats going on. If they haven't recovered the debt, its understandable, they can only do what they can do. What they can do, and should be a non-negotiable, is make a required announcement for exactly what is happening. I don't understand why the merits of this is being argued, it's vital for ASX companies to be transparent. MEM are not.
To go 4 weeks beyond the due date is amateurish. No wonder this company is a penny stock.
NSP over promised and under delivered, and they are continuing that trend in their first 6 weeks as MEM.
