Rob Milner Does love to buy cheap stock (cheap in his opinion), and he does love dividends, and he does have plenty of cash to play with, and they are getting out of coal, so it's a possibility.

Could be interesting soon if they do announce an increase in holding percentage, but if he does want the lot, dont expect a HUGE offer, Rob Milners takeover offers are usually at rock bottom prices (looking after HIS own shareholders), he rarely or never overpays, just a smallish increase over VWAP normally.
