I don't know whether a lot of people have picked up on this
but any shareholder of the NAGs stock (as of 5/09/18) can buy shares at the SP of 6.2c.
So why pay more than 6.2c???

All they have to do is buy them via the SPP.
All of the 850 shareholders (Ann Report 2017) - know they can buy shares for 6.2c.
That is you can buy 241,935
shares at 6.2 - much better than at market at about 6.8c.

So the buyers must be Investors who were not shareholders as of 5/09/18 or
they are an existing shareholder who want more than 242k extra shares.

For the past 4 weeks the SP has been around 6.8c give or take
way above 6.2c for most of the time.
That means that nearly all the sale have been to New Shareholders (SH).
Think about it, would an existing SH pay more >6.2c - they wouldn't would they?

So NAGs must be attracting a truck load of new Shareholders of late.
So, if I am right the 2018 Annual Report (due out end of this month)
will show NAGs has a lot more than the 850 SHs of last year.

Let's assume I'm right (it's just pure logic really) then the question is why?

In the period since the SPP was announced there has been another Announcement.
I'm thinking some New Players were very impressed by that Announcement.
That would explain where the new SH are coming from and why.
Who would be impressed - well I think it's industry People?
People that can read the IP 3D Maps & are wanting a part of the action.
I could be wrong, it could simply be investors who like pretty red pictures on the 3Ds

But I must admit, I have bought at above the 6.2c (at 6.6c)
I like the 3Ds - must be because I love red Pics I guess.
Or it could be that I want more than the 241,935 shares max under the SPP.
A truckload more! Just a thought to ponder on a Wednesday night.

Anyways, Time to catch up on the USA's Circus - the attempts to lynch Brad Kavanaugh.
What a disgusting debacle that is.
