If you were not embroiled in the Eddie Smith 249d then I can realise why you don't understand and why you term it as a failure.
Understand this, that nearly 300 people went to the EGO office to retrieve the first set of 249d forms, what an embarrassment. WHY?
They were under the threat of legal procedures, for the way those forms were presented and what was written in them. .
I did not retrieve mine because I had only one intention, that the 249d be put and the resolutions be voted on what Eddie wrote in them was his doing not mine.
So the shareholders did not fail but retreated under duress.
It's all history now.
ERM are now firing with live ammo. They mean business.
And for all of us including the 300 may we just say thank god for ERM
