It seems to me that the key will be how the Wilson factor plays out. Apart from his 5% (that wasn't there at the EGM), he will attract a lot of smaller investors that may not have voted last time. Given also the holdings of the long term directors ousted at EGM (and the many holders who were sympathetic to them), I suspect the CGA proposal is no certainty.
