    Good of you to register to post that news, Russ. It is consistent with what I've heard. There seem to be people hoping against hope that OTR might guarantee Bloomer's debts - yeah nah...

    For those still holding, the silver lining is that at least OTR / NOD only handed Bloomer $1.5m in cash, and shutting it down will stop any further blood loss.
