i think its the announcement that the govt permit officer had a baby boy or girl. then when she is bak in the office in a years time after maternity leave she can process the permit (apparently this was the excuse GSE gave a HC caller, and so i am expanding on their logic, lol, bunch of clowns who have never produced an ounce in their tenure but fluked the musgrave tenements. the new geologist is a boon though). then IGO will have permit rights to enter the grounds and start the resource estimation campagne, which will give people plenty of time to get in on its way up.
