Did the shareholders you refer to as rebels try to topple the board? They did not put any motions to have directors removed - FACT - (although it is my OPINION they should have!)

Did they tell the board they were going to sell? Well one who was at the AGM told me that he intended to sell unless things changed and that he had told the board such - FACT -. Were these shareholders entitled to sell their shares? Of course any shareholder who does not have inside information is entitled to buy or sell at any time - FACT -. Did they say "unless the board meets our needs"? Do you know this or do you believe this? If you know, how do you know and what evidence do you have of this i.e. - FACTS - or is this just something you've just dreamt up yourself as an - OPINION -?

Did the board put all shareholders first? I don't believe so - OPINION -. They did not buy any shares as the price was crumbling and they knew why - FACT - and they communicated who, where, why and how to you and not the general market - FACT -.
