FactorX: So the rebel shareholders stated top the board that they would sell down their interest of approxmately 8 million shares unless the bard met their needs. The board put all of the shareholders first - rather than the rebel shareholders - and they sold the shares down to 2.2 cents. Saying that this is not a fact is a ludicrous piece of commentary.
