with no substance or facts to back them up.

What did the rebels do that constituted "market manipulation"? And how did they benefit from such?

You also say "The board did not need to step in and buy shares" yet they personally benefitted from the decline in price as you noted in the very next sentence.

And you say "The company is in the best position it has been for years - that is a fact". I am afraid you cannot tell the difference between a fact and an opinion. Just saying it is a fact, doesn't make it one.
