I agree with everything you said.

The 'commentary' we have received has been based around "I know the facts and you'll all find them out in good time". The fact remains that we have not found out and not in good time.

All the while the questions posed by a number of posters here have been attacked. All this seems like the typical thing from the leaders of the company who viciously attacked 2 shareholders who dared to put forward 2 board candidates who would have most likely brought the transparency and good governance that this company so desperately needs. And to this day, they are still being blamed when all they did was offer 2 candidates in a transparent manner, as opposed to the way that the whole Gohgate deal was conducted. Then when they were unhappy, they did as they had every right to do and exit. Andd as I was told at the last AGM, they had advised the board of their intentions.

RB, if you believe you are not acting as an uncritical mouthpiece, then, if it were me, I'd take a step back and consider what others are ASKING on HC.

Despite my many requests, you have not answered any of the questions I have posed to you directly. Now you are not under any obligation to, but the fact remains, you haven't. Here's a small sample;

1) What do you believe was the motivation of what you termed, the 'rebels'? What do you believe is their current motive now that they no longer own shares?

2) Why do you believe, when the so-called 'rebeles' were exiting, didn't the board/management step in to buy? Why haven't they since?

3) Why isn't Mr Goh being charged interest like shareholders were?

I am not baiting you either, but am merely asking reasonable questions to someone who is clearly 'in the know'.
