I had the same today, my trade didn't appear on Commsec course of sales. Found it on Chi-X later in the day on the site above.

I do understand that Commsec send buy/send requests to be executed on CHI-X , But I still have problem understanding the following scenario!
Imagine Tom has 2million shares in Company called 222 and he put it for sale at 0.001c ;using his commsec account @ 10AM);at the same day Tim put buy request for 2million shares at 0.001c @ 11Am, and commsec executes that order at 11:10 on CHI-X venue ,so far so good!
now logically 2million share is out and zero share is remained to be executed at .001 c ,then why at 1Pm ;when Tim check his commsec account; he notice he owns 2milion shares ,but there are still 2million shares outstanding to be sold at .001c ?(and of course no trading record)
and once again when he put another order the same scenario keep repeating itself?where that 2million is coming from?!!!doesn't that mean that information on his account is not accurate?or tha 2million share is reproducing itself?!! lol
