I have always believed that we as shareholders that have purchased shares should have some box we can
tick so your broker can not lend your shares out. the ASX is not for the mums & dads, it is run solely for the big
boys, I once had two buys on, and I had a phone call from my broker telling me that the ASX I had to pull one,
yet the fund managers,institutions can have up to ten, the asx does not care,aist the asx was warned just
recently that if they do not change the way they operate, they will see a lot more companies delist here and list
overseas, because they allow companies to be driven to the wall with ( illegal) legal in their eyes because
they are self regulated.
I have shares in a few companies, and they have already stated there aim is to list overseas, the sooner
the better.
