Why on earth would they be investigated? If you lost some money and it hurts enough to troll around these forums talking dusters then your strategy doesn't match your bank balance.
They did everything by the book, better than most of the other spec stocks on the ASX. Look at how WIN and TON leak like a sieve, WIN pumps a conductor they likely know is graphite just to raise capital.
BOA definitely do not deserve any negativity on the way they have played this. They ticked all the boxes before getting the DD out.
They went into a TH so it was fair for everyone. They put through the announcement when it was ready. If you haven't got alerts set up to monitor for news then you will miss those opportunities to get out as high as possible.
