Don't know why this is an unloved stock, but to me this is a positive rather than a negative.

I prefer to buy good companies when they are unpopular and sell when they are popular and the SP has been pushed up by all the traders/speculators who only get interested when the price is moving up and there is lots of noise about the stock while ignoring the actual underlying business' operations.

Better IMO to buy now while they are doing all the right things and winning new contracts without much attention as eventually the market will notice and the SP will adjust (hopefully) upwards.

Perhaps the acquisition of Easternwell will generate some attention?
