Transfield Services advises no material impact from
Queensland rain

Transfield Services advises that based on current information; there is no material impact to its Group or
Easternwell earnings as a result of flooding and rain in Queensland.
There has been no property or equipment damage.
The Company expects some delays in post Christmas start-up activities in the Easternwell Energy and
Coal divisions. However, work volumes are expected to be recouped in the current financial period.
Transfield Services is in discussions to make resources available to aid in subsequent clean up and
rehabilitation efforts in affected areas.
The Company reminds retail shareholders that the retail offer closes on Wednesday 12 January.
