    I believe this may be a good opportunity to buy into this company at current levels of $32.30.

    Unless, something other than recent profit downgrade, I see limited downside at these levels........at the most 10%. I'm almost tempted to jump in again...........but I will wait for the inevitable pull back in the markets.
