Everything is progressing as planned since July. Not sure why you think it is uncertain.
Cp 1 and 2 has been done. Final agreement with Aspire is done. EGM this month to ratify the acquisition and consolidation.
At this SP level, consolidation is only good for future SP and future CR for drillings. Loyalty free options is a big plus.
