I think Argo investors are looking for dependable dividends, and a spread of underlying investments in solid household names.
And, whilst they mightn't be happy with a slump in the share price, they know it will bounce back, as it has done for the past 7 decades.
It's a 'widows and orphans stock' and there's a place for it with some 'investors'.
