I'd rather be in the Caribbean with The Bizz -- however I agree it would be exciting to see a core come up sparkling. And not all that unlikely here so for what it's worth , though because of my average cost it's hard for me to justify buying here , it looks to me still a buy based on what we know and what's to come.
I topped up at 30 but have not bought since but I'm still tossing it up.
