i have these shares and didn't have the opportunity to top up.they are a sound company not into making money as the big 4.they are there to serve their customers .I think they are like a community bank.thay are going well tick tock ,good to hold for divie yet not for growth.better than intrest in the bank....they have upgraded their systems and are right on target with the community .(needs, modern tech)they could possibly buy out some other bank or loans depo yet why spoil something that works.
