I am guessing the Share Purchase Plan isn't helping, SOO is looking to raise about $1m through the SPP at 21 cents per share.

Also the latest quarterly cashflow report was uninspiring and had little commentary with it. Hard to say if things are getting better or not.

Even with these factors I believe SOO has been oversold, but I don't see much improvement, if any, until after the half year report is announced.
