The risk in a country like Tanzania has born fruit with the policy changes in regard to mining, restructuring of mining authorities and substantial delay in obtaining a mining licence. If PEK had been more successful with this then they would be looking much better at this point in time. They still have good assets and I am still hopeful that they will be able to realise on this, albeit less profitably than originally planned.
