Mostly because of mounting suspicion that the sale of Parker Range will fall over due to port issues. The smart fellas sold their stock on 4/8 when the sale of Parker Range was announced. Poor suckers who bought on that day probably did not read the fine print.

Mind you even if the sale of Parker Range goes through, I expect a 2-3 day rally which will fizzle out (will sell into the strength). Generally for speculative stocks, the stock gets sold on news, unless there is some other milestone to speculate on.
