    NHC is on the board of AOE if NHC is waiting to get a higher offer they could have helped AOE cause by coming out and saying "We are not interested below $6" or what ever $$$ they believe is a far price they have the blocking parcel is there something I'm missing I'm open to be corrected ;-)
