NHC are bright enough to know that either way they just have to wait a year or two before they double their money. Selling out to Shell/PC would just be dumb at this price.
The only thing that could be on AOE's mind might be the opportunity to rapidly expand their international operation or another GFC.
I reckon NHC will follow AOE's lead.
This is a serious resource play.
