NHC are more than likely waiting to see if the board can get a better price. Negotiations are still in play between Arrow, Shell and Petrochina. Its almost guaranteed that NHC would not be happy with the current offer. They would of been selling on market when we got high enough a few months back if they were happy with the 4.50 price tag.
