This company has had a lot of litigation over the past couple of years and disclosure at the time of settlement is generally classified with an in confidence inference!
The disclosures aren't always clarified as to whether it was a positive or negative result.
It does make you wonder whether enough due diligence is undertaken when they enter into these 'deals'!
Don't forget to vote AGAINST the change of auditor as they seem to pick up other things that are not being carried out correctly - i.e. not enough internal due diligence!
They directors need to be more professional in their business approach AND in their business dealings and until such time as this is demonstrated through performance I believe that it is important that proper checks and balances are being undertaken by external people AND consideration should also be given to additional external directors from shareholders NOT associated with the current board.
This should be addressed before the next AGM.
