AM, I agree that we appear to be experiencing one of the almost cyclical declines But I think there are/will be differences.
Imo the market is now a lot more aware than 6 months ago. And while volumes were negligible through the last quarter, so far this year they are much heavier.
We may well trek down again into the 4's, but my suspicion is any time there will be brief. It is only a month and some till the next expected update.
