    News on The Australian today, listed property may drop another 15-20%. I doubt if WTP is under property listed group? They are construction company! (Please prove me if I am wrong)

    Another concern of mine, if asset value drop another 20%, is current share price for watpac still justify? What level of gearing/debt they are on now...?
