    I would say leave the sp alone.... its no point to do any ann now either good or bad. Good news = sp hold, bad news= sp dive even more!

    I guess WTP is aware of the current market situation, with seeing Watpac sign araound Brisbane everywhere, I think its a hold. Wait for the dust settle before buying my 2nd parcel.

    Between, what the gross yield or EPS for this share for Dec 2007?
