I have no idea! I thought that the half yearlys were good with the promise of more good to come. To sell down today the sellers must believe that sp will go even lower. I, IMHO see no reason for this. The fear in the market ATM is beyond rational thought. It may be that article on property trusts. Not that WTP are really in that camp. I am hanging in. The upside should come.
