    I was trying to describe what I see before us, rather than drawing any particular trading conclusions.

    FCC is down for two reasons: no mineable lodes at Kerr and therefore a stranded refinery.

    Trent Mell will be shaking the bushes. If he can find something useful FCC will take off like a rocket.
