It's a bargain then, the market is rarely right. There are many potential customers for the services of the refinery and work to be created for the local community as well as those skilled Canadians flown in from further afield. Local businesses want that refinery started, local and state government are also champing at the bit for the Cobalt Camp to get into full swing, start producing and paying those taxes and royalties. If we need an investor for the refinery we will get one. Maybe even a grant.
I bought in first at a much higher price which I've since averaged down to half of that, and while that average is nearly twice the current share price I'm happy. That's why I consider it a bargain. Give it a year.
