Main annoyance is with the oppies. I wrote to SC asking what would happen now that the report date had moved out to early 2013 and he replied that the date had always been late 2012/early 2013. Not entirely sure I agree that communication has been this clear. Needless to say, if the oppies don't get up then they should be restated to the strike price and date of the management oppies. Otherwise a few people are going to be psised at the difference. $20k down the swanny this end...
