    It's a different business model to your other wind developers out there. Where others put the turbines in the ground and rely on either run-of-wind PPAs (which are getting a hell of a lot cheaper) or merchant revenue, IFN can take a position and buy and sell in the wholesale market and on-sell to Retail customers. Look at ERM for example, they Retail in states they don't have generation as they have a great trading team who have confidently taken positions and as a result they're now one of the top Retailers making solid returns.
    IFN last year announced a long term Retail deal. The wholesale market has dropped about $20/MWh since then however they locked in guaranteed revenue over 5 years at a much higher price point. Your other wind developers you mention would not have had the ability to do this and would now be getting lower $/MWh for the same generation they're producing. Based on the assumed contract volume stated in some of the media reports on it, $20/MWh is a difference of $4mil/yr or $20mil over the term of the contract.
    Pretty clear P.O.D to me
