The buck ultimately stops with the board not ID.
No one knows if it is the board or ID behind the delays. Maybe ID is trying to push things through and the board is too conservative???
ID is an employee of the Board in reality.
Maybe the most effective thing would be try to spill the board or put pressure on the board. Talking about ID aint gunna change anything.
