If price is low isn’t it potentially a good time to buy (this is in general)? look at iinet in mid 2000’s they were trading at $2.4 or something then had an accounting error that “lost” then 16mil. They were halted for a few weeks until it was resolved. The were reinstated to trading and were trading at 69c. The fundamentals behind the company hadn’t changed, yet price was junk. It was a good opportunity so I bought and I sold for whatever tpg paid (8bucks or something) unfortunately I had been Burnt and didn’t get many... :/
With CWE (Cce) they have a valid tech that is likely to be huge if they get through this period they are in. They seem to have made a monumental mistake, yet ceto is still there and that is what has driven the grants, CR’s etc and SP increase prior during deployment of ceto5, prior to EMC acquisition. So if you have capital is it worth gambling on thi, possibly I guess time will tell in 2021 will people be moaning of biying Porsche’s . If you can’t afford to lose it don’t play them game.
70% poster - assume you mean megafauna- he is traveling atm and he said on another thread there’s no point saying atm as nothing is being disclosed or worth talking about. Will see if that changes in next few days as the full year is announced.
2 post poster - yeah he could have had 6 million shares and not use hot copper. Maybe he sits at home quietly investing and happened upon hot copper in his research and thought he’d throw up a spiel like any of us.
All posters on hot copper have a right to post what they feel - some vent, some spruike merits of technology, some ramp up , some ramp down. Keep in mind HC are a very small proportion of any stock shareholder base. All comments should be taken with a pinch of salt. I’d be concerned if a trader’s only knowledge was sourced via hot copper.
With regards to 100MW tender - I assume for SA - yeah, no one but Tesla was going to win that. The “100 days or its free” won that job there no competition as soon as Musk tweeted those words. Any local competitors would have seemed inferior as they hadn’t done any deployments or guarantee a free price - so any risky averse government would have gone with the safe bet.
Director - surely there will be some “please explain letters” being sent by asx and possibly even asic - how that plays out who knows....
