CTD when calculating organic growth use the EBITDA at the time of acquisition ann for pcp. Once you have this figure organic growth is easy to calculate. They calculated it as 19% on FY 18 baseline. 2nd half organic growth was stated to be 21%.
Anyway not sure whether VTG is saying the business is a 'dud' or whether they are just saying what we all already new that its overvalued. If the later is the case its just the kick start shorters needed. Its always hardest to be the first out of the blocks.
The CTD reply will be interesting reading especially the alleged ghost offices. Problem is the way market sentiment is at the moment no one will believe it anyway.
