I don't know anything about Broo other than the paragraph or two that is in the Australian article I just posted. From that article it seems the business plan is to sell a bunch of beer to China. I would want to see some numbers, maybe have the company falter a bit, have the market hate them and drive the share price down to nothing. Then I would get interested
